Frequently Asked Questions

Temperature controllers are electronic devices used to monitor, regulate, and maintain desired temperatures in machinery and processes. It ensures precise heating in systems like plastic molding, extrusion, packaging, and ovens.

A temperature controller automatically regulates the temperature of a process by switching heating elements on or off, or by adjusting power output, to maintain the desired setpoint and optimize heat transfer efficiency.

Replacement is recommended if the unit shows erratic readings, sensor errors, non-responsive displays, or inaccurate heating behavior despite proper calibration.
